Welcome to Dishsimply. By using this website (dishsimply.com), you agree to these terms. Dishsimply is a free, non-commercial app that helps you find simple recipes. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Dishsimply lets you browse recipes, filter by ingredients and diet, save favourites, and share your own recipes. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use, free of charge, on an "as is" basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Recipes, diets & allergens

Recipes, photos, and information are sourced from third parties and provided for general guidance only. Diet labels (e.g. vegetarian, halal, gluten-free) and any nutrition figures are automatically estimated and may be inaccurate.

Always check ingredients and packaging yourself, especially if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Dishsimply is not responsible for any reaction, illness, or harm resulting from preparing or eating a dish.
Cooking involves risk (heat, sharp tools, raw ingredients), take normal care.

3. Your submissions

If you share a recipe with us, you confirm it is yours to share, and you grant Dishsimply permission to feature it (with credit). Do not submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.

4. Privacy

You can use Dishsimply without an account. By default, the app stores a random anonymous ID and your preferences (saved and liked recipes, language, text size) in your browser and on our server. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your data.

Optional Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account, and link your saved and liked recipes to it so they sync across your devices. We never receive your Google password. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing the address below.

5. Third-party content

Recipe data comes from TheMealDB, and images from sources such as Wikimedia Commons. All trademarks, recipes, and images belong to their respective owners. Dishsimply claims no ownership over them.

6. No warranty & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishsimply and its creator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
